Products and Prices
All prices include VAT and legal rate in force.

Order request
During customer ordering, the option to choose the shipping method and the different delivery address of the billing address.
Delivery of the order
Only accepted as orders whose deliveries are made in Continental Portugal, in the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores and in Continental Spain.
Orders for delivery in sections are not accepted.
As orders are delivered only on business days and at the address indicated by the customer.
Delivery times are counted in working days.
As orders are processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days after confirmation of payment regarding, except for stock breaks.
Payment methods
The Customer has at his disposal as follows forms of payment:
• Bank transfer
The customer has 5 working days after placing an order for the payment of the same. After this period, if the order has not been paid, it can be canceled. Revenue processing begins after payment is made.
Cancellation of the order

In the case of a request for cancellation after the shipment, the customer must proceed according as return rules.
The return shipping costs are under customer’s responsibility.

A. Casimiro, Lda. Reserves the right not to process orders if:
1. if there is any inconsistency in personal data
2. if you observe to drive by the buyer
3. If payment has not been effected without justification up to 5 days after ordering.

The customer will be informed if your order is canceled.
The 15-day customer, a customer receiving the product, to make an exchange of any product purchased.
In order to effect this exchange the product must be returned in the conditions in which it was delivered, in good condition, unused and properly packed in the original packaging, together with a copy of the invoice.
The contractual resolution is only possible if all the products and their components are returned under the conditions in which they were delivered, that is, in an excellent state of conservation, otherwise there is no place for any exchange, and the product is re-sent back to the customer. Upon receipt of the documents relating to the documents (invoice), A. Casimiro, Lda. Exchange the equipment corresponding to the canceled order.
If the return is motivated by anomaly, malfunction or defect, the customer must proceed to delivery for repair or replacement of his article, under the general conditions of guarantee.
In any of the reasons for returning the customer should contact our services after which an RMA has been issued or a Warranty triggered.
The customer can comfortably request a return of non-historical items or orders from the customer area and follow an evolution of the order.
They are not accepted in unforeseen or unidentified packages, nor are orders to be paid at destination.
The shipping gates are supported by the Customer.
